Operations Associate

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, FI. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in operations management. Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations activities - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a smooth supply chain - Develop and maintain process documentation to improve operational efficiency - Support the Operations Manager in implementing new strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 1 year of experience in operations or a related role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and project management
