Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Next Games is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Vantaa, Finland. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operational activities of our remote workforce. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote team efficiency and productivity - Monitor and track remote team performance and provide support as needed - Coordinate communication between remote team members and management - Assist in the onboarding and training of new remote team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence - Identify and address any operational challenges faced by the remote team - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to remote team operations - Continuously seek ways to improve remote team processes and workflows

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in remote team management or operations - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate and motivated individual with a creative mindset - Experience in project management is a plus
