Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

UPM-Kymmene is currently seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are independent, passionate, creative, and have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage remote operations systems - Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Support the implementation of new technologies and processes - Generate reports and presentations for senior management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2 years of experience in remote operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with remote monitoring systems is a plus - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
