Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at TietoEVRY. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with day-to-day operations tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Providing administrative support to the team as needed - Assisting with special projects as assigned - Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels - Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements: - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with team members and clients - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
