Job Description:

Solita, a leading digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Helsinki, Finland, offering the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide operational support to various departments within the organization. 2. Assist with project coordination and management tasks. 3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. 4. Handle administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. 7. Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Emotional intelligence and empathy in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
