Operations Associate - Work from home

Optomed is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the company, contributing to the overall growth and success of Optomed.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and communication with team members - Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Generate reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives - Support in planning and executing projects to meet deadlines and objectives - Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes - Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders - Handle general administrative duties as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
