Remote Operations Manager

Job Description: Omocom is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure efficient remote operations - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence - Manage daily operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance management - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operation of remote teams - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in remote team management and operations - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
