Operations Manager

Job Description:

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is seeking a passionate and energetic Operations Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority and requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth - Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products and services - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall performance - Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations - Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
