Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Bittium. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within the company. This role requires a strong background in operations management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and maximize productivity - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication - Manage and mentor a team of operations staff - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and passionate about driving operational excellence - Proven ability to negotiate effectively and demonstrate emotional intelligence - Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
