Operations Manager

Job Description:

ICEYE is looking for a part-time Operations Manager to join our growing team in Espoo, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and achieve company goals - Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for operational expenses - Oversee the procurement of materials and services to support ongoing operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to drive performance

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a relevant discipline - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and lead a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
