Remote Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Yeply. As a part-time employee in our Vantaa, Uusimaa location, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise remote team members to ensure productivity and efficiency - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and enhance overall operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members - Communicate effectively with remote workers through various channels

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in remote team management tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
