Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Rovio Entertainment is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time position at the Associate level, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee remote operations team to ensure efficient and effective functioning - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve business goals - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional development - Manage remote workforce scheduling and ensure adequate coverage - Address operational issues and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with strong communication skills - Proven experience in negotiation and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions - Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
