Remote Operations Manager

Sensible 4, a leading autonomous driving technology company based in Vantaa, FI, is currently seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team at an Associate Level. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

As the Remote Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our remote teams, ensuring efficient coordination and collaboration between team members. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

In addition, you will be tasked with managing remote team communication, fostering a positive and supportive working environment, and providing leadership and guidance to team members as needed. You will also be responsible for handling any challenges or conflicts that arise within the remote teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will be dedicated and hardworking, with excellent analytical and creative skills. You must have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of successfully managing remote teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
