Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Solita is looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business - Manage and optimize operational processes to meet company goals and objectives - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve operational excellence - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency - Identify and address operational issues and challenges in a timely manner - Provide leadership and direction to a team of remote employees to ensure productivity and engagement - Work closely with senior management to make strategic decisions and drive business growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred) - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and motivate a team in a remote setting
