Operations Manager - Work from home

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent decision-making and critical thinking abilities - Resourceful and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
