Marimekko is seeking a part-time Remote Secretary to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. The ideal candidate for this position will need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: adaptable and energetic. Additionally, soft skills such as innovation and communication will be highly valued.
As a Remote Secretary at Marimekko, your responsibilities will include: - Managing and organizing schedules and appointments for senior management - Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives - Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries - Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation - Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
