Canatu, a leading technology company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a part-time Secretary to work from home. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, and possess strong project management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize correspondence, documents, and schedule for the team - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables as needed - Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met - Maintain accurate records and databases - Handle incoming inquiries and communications - Provide administrative support to the team as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Experience working from home is a plus
