Job Description:
Normet is seeking a highly organized and experienced Secretary to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This position is perfect for an energetic and driven individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls. 2. Maintain and update company records and databases. 3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 4. Coordinate meetings and events, both virtually and in-person. 5. Collaborate with various team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow. 6. Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying. 7. Provide support to senior management as required.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Energetic and driven personality.
