Remote Virtual Assistant

Remedy Entertainment, a leading video game development company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team while working remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with the organization of virtual events, webinars, and team meetings. 3. Conduct research on various topics as needed. 4. Handle data entry and maintain accurate records. 5. Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Motivated and reliable individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well with colleagues. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
