Job Description:

Sensible 4, a leading autonomous driving software company based in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Entry-Level Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various administrative tasks and project coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience who is reliable, passionate, cooperative, and pays great attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Handling emails and correspondence - Organizing and maintaining documents and files - Assisting with research and data entry - Providing general administrative support to team members - Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events - Assisting with travel arrangements - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Reliable, passionate, cooperative, and attentive to detail - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of virtual communication tools and platforms - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
