Job Description:
Valmet is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a confident and adaptable individual with at least 1 year of experience. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments 2. Handling email correspondence and phone calls 3. Organizing and maintaining digital files and documents 4. Coordinating virtual meetings and events 5. Conducting online research and compiling data reports 6. Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role 2. Confidence to work independently and take initiative 3. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines 4. Creativity to problem solve and think outside the box 5. Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks effectively
