Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Canatu is seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in maintaining relationships with clients - Assist in managing and tracking client accounts - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Prepare reports on client account status and progress - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - No prior experience required
