Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Supercell, a leading mobile game developer based in Turku, Finland, is seeking a remote Account Support Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts, including answering queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze data and provide insights to improve account performance and drive revenue growth. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance account management strategies. 5. Assist with account planning and forecasting to meet sales targets.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
