Job Description:
Nokia is seeking a motivated and proactive Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any account-related issues in a timely manner - Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure client satisfaction - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve account performance - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable support to clients
