Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Officer at Loupedeck, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of account support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat - Assisting clients with account setup and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Providing product demonstrations and training sessions to clients - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Generating reports on account activities and communicating any trends to the management team

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
