Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kesko is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and clients in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and exhibit traits of resilience and reliability. Additionally, strong research and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Conduct market research and provide insights to help improve client strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account plans - Track and analyze key account metrics to identify opportunities for growth - Assist with administrative tasks related to account management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong research and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
