Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team at Ponsse. This is a remote work position based out of Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level professional, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and assisting with various client-related tasks.

Responsibilities: - Supporting account managers in maintaining relationships with clients - Assisting with client inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Conducting research on industry trends and competitor analysis - Managing client databases and updating account information - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Passion for customer service and account management - Resilient attitude and problem-solving skills
