Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is currently seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. The Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and renewal of existing contracts. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 6. Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong time management and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
