Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Altia is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Assistant to join our remote team based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Motivated and adaptable personality traits
