Job Description:
Neste is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment and possess the necessary skills to effectively lead a team of representatives to success.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center team, including monitoring call volume, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting performance metrics. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. - Train, mentor, and coach call center representatives to enhance their performance and achieve targets. - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and support as needed. - Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activities.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Resilient and hardworking mindset. - Soft skills in presentation and research. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
