Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Infinited Fiber Company. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for overseeing our call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience with at least 6 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service delivery - Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers and team members

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Reliable and hardworking with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to innovate and drive change within the call center - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Training and professional development opportunities provided - Disability insurance offered as a benefit
