Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a confident and independent Call Center Officer to join our remote team based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support - Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy - Utilize effective questioning techniques to gather relevant information - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Stay informed about product updates and changes - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - People management skills to handle diverse customer interactions - Confident and professional demeanor
