Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Finnlines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and general information. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm details, and provide assistance as needed - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and update customer profiles - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent analysis and attention to detail skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center software - Experience with remote work and comfortable with virtual communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
