Job Description:
Lean Entries is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our remote team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and support requests. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain ongoing relationships. 4. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders on call center performance and customer feedback. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call center processes and procedures. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines for data confidentiality and security.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with teammates virtually.
