Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Elisa Corporation is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team on a remote work basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Upselling products and services to customers - Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Meeting daily and weekly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
