Job Description:
Basware is seeking a reliable and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team for remote work based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and general support - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
