Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Helsinki, Finland. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with customers to provide assistance and support - Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Meeting established performance metrics and goals for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response times - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and personalities - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
