Job Description:
The Call Center Specialist at Cargotec will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This remote position requires a confident and motivated individual with a strong ability to manage people and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and ensure resolution - Use CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and update client information - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand in a positive light
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Confidence in handling difficult customers and resolving conflicts - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
