Job Description:

Next Games, a leading mobile game developer based in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to players of our popular mobile games.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, technical support, and gameplay questions. 3. Provide troubleshooting assistance and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer support experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 6. Strong cooperation and planning skills. 7. Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.
