Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nightingale Health is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through chat channels, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating records in the company's CRM system. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and recommending process improvements. 6. Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to meet and exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Proficiency in written communication and chat support platforms. 4. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
