Job Description:
Vire Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our remote team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer service - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve response time and resolution rate - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely solutions - Develop and implement chat support policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer experience - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat support operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, review performance metrics, and address any issues or concerns
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Proven experience managing a chat support team and driving performance improvements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident attitude - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
