Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and helpful manner through chat support channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in chat support or customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems creatively. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and other technical tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
