Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tamturbo is seeking a reliable and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate level position, the ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and technical support to users via chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with customers - Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist in training new team members on chat support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Passion for providing exceptional customer support - Team player with a positive attitude - Reliable and punctual - Proficient in using chat support software and tools
