Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: GrainSense is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online chat platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Upsell additional products or services to customers as necessary. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of each conversation. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role. 2. Hardworking and driven with a strong customer service orientation. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
