Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Relex Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative in a remote work capacity. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients in the retail industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our software solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions - Proactively identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and workflows

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Proficient in written communication and able to effectively engage with customers via chat - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to effectively manage people - Experience in the retail industry or with retail software solutions is a plus
