Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job description:

Kojamo is seeking a dedicated and confident Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our chat support platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize critical thinking and strategic planning skills to improve the chat support process. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support setting. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems. 6. Dedicated and confident personality traits. 7. Soft skills in critical thinking and strategic planning.
