Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Uponor is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer concerns. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Document and update customer records with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
