Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and passionate Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Infinited Fiber Company. This is a part-time remote work position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, with the opportunity for professional development and training. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in project management and research.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Provide guidance on product features and functionality - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
