Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Metsä Group is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Understand clients' needs and requirements and provide relevant solutions and support - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations - Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve - Track and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Resourceful and confident in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
