Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

TietoEVRY is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving client inquiries or issues, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries or issues. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including email, phone, and video conferencing. - Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent client dissatisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner. - Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on client needs and preferences.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions to client issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Prior experience in a remote work environment preferred.
